It was opening weekend at Pine Mountain last weekend. This beautiful bouldering area lies at about 7,200 ft. in the Los Padres National forest. Offering different texture than the coastal areas of Santa Barbara, this unique sandstone requires a bit of skin & mental fortitude (try those highballs!)
This area had been closed for nearly a year due to road construction and local climbers were psyched to get out.  There is something quite special about painting those blank canvases of stone with familiar classic lines.  Good friends and great climbing.

Problems Include:

Surrounded By Fish, V5 | Sock Hop, V5 | Rapunzel, V1 | Quiet Soul, V2 | Dreams, V8 | Involuntary Lunge, V10 | Painted Carnival, V3 | Dissing Euros, V6 | Heaven On Top, V3
